Avant Homes has released a new range of homes for sale at its £137m, 600-home Eden Fields development in Edenthorpe, Doncaster
Located on Mere Lane, the development comprises a mix of one-, two- three- and four-bedroom homes and features 12 of Avant Homes’ house types.
Prices for the released homes start at £174,995 for a ‘one-bedroom plus’ semi-detached Askham house type, so called as it has an additional upstairs room offering flexibility as a live/work area.
The largest of the properties that have been made available is a ‘four-bedroom plus’ detached Cookbury priced at £329,995 which, like the Askham, also features an additional room upstairs.
Selected plots at the development are also available with a range of incentives including part exchange, five per cent deposit paid and flooring package included.
Of the newly released homes for sale, the ‘four-bedroom plus’ detached Cookbury house type is an ideal family home and a strong example of the housebuilder’s ability to deliver flexible spaces for modern living.
