New homes in
Fife

Known as the “Kingdom of Fife,” this charming corner of Scotland stretches from the banks of the River Forth to the sandy shores of the North Sea, with plenty to see and do in between.

Fife’s largest city, Dunfermline, recently gained its city status and provides a lively hub of leisure and culture. Meanwhile, the coastal St Andrews is admired worldwide as the birthplace of golf and a centre of academic excellence thanks to the University of St Andrews.

Picturesque fishing villages like Anstruther and Crail bring a slower pace of life, while Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes are a little livelier with excellent transport connections.

Whether you’re drawn to the beaches and coastal walks, the region’s rich history or the convenient links to Edinburgh and Dundee, Fife is a welcoming spot to put down roots in stunning Scotland.

Bus services are also well covered, with Stagecoach running regular routes between towns and villages across the region.

And for international journeys, Edinburgh Airport is just a short drive or train journey from much of Fife, offering flights to over 150 destinations worldwide.
