Our new builds in Willington, near Durham, are located midway between the A68 to Edinburgh and the A167 to Newcastle. Drive a little further out to reach the A1(M), giving you straight access to Leeds and the rest of the country, or to the A688 through Newfield to reach Bishop Auckland.
The nearest bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot, serving Arriva’s X46 service between Stanhope and Durham, and Weardale Travel’s 109 service to Bishop Auckland via Oakenshaw, making any local travel very convenient.
For trains, the closest railway station is in Bishop Auckland, located less than 15 minutes away by car. The station runs hourly services to Saltburn, stopping at various towns and villages along the way, such as Darlington, Middlesbrough, Redcar and Longbeck.
And for international travel, Newcastle International Airport is around 45 minutes away by car up the A690, giving you direct access to a wide variety of destinations in Europe and beyond.
